The company was established in 2012 since this time LRS has grown from strength to strength. Currently we have an office on the High Street in Lincoln and employ between 40 and 100 people on Agricultural Contracts in Lincolnshire and down to Cornwall. At LRS we pride ourselves and our reputation which continues to grow in the farming community reflecting our commitment to both our clients and employees.
We are sure that LRS will continue to grow through both development of our current type of work and also by embracing new challenges. At the moment LRS has several ongoing contracts and we are still looking to expand our workforce. We will continue to work with the Gangmasters Licencing Authority (GLA) by developing policies with workers in mind whilst also showing consideration to employers and the farming community.
